Applications 

PVC fiber braided steel wire composite reinforced hose is widely used for the delivery and suction of water , waste water, oil, powder, particle in factories, mining, construction, engineering, agriculture for medium and high pressure conditions, etc. Food grade materials is also FDA approved with test report,specially used for food industry.

Characteristics

Fiber reinforcement make it higher working pressure than normal PVC steel wire reinforced hose.Minus pressure resistance.Flexible, durable, non-toxic, anti-erosion, longer life time. Low temperature resistant reinforced hose -25°C and higher temperature resistance 170°C can be customized as well.

Remarks For Chemical & Hydrocarbons

Please note that PVC is not necessarily the most resistant material to harsher liquids like Ink, Fuel, Bio-Diesel, oils and hydrocarbons. For increased resistance against chemical attack on delivery hoses, we recommend Chemical Resistant Wire Reinforced Hose, available HERE, which offers resistance to most chemicals (solvents).
