Cover&tube : High-density PVC material
Reinforcement: 1 layer or 2 layers polyester reinforcement, or full braiding high-strengthened polyester yarn reinforcement.
Wall Thickness: As customer requirements

Working pressure: 20-100bar (300psi-1450psi)

Burst pressure: 60-300bar (900psi-4350psi)




Specifications


According to different layers polyester reinforcement, the tubing includes 3layers (W.P 20BAR), 5layers(W.P40BAR) and full braiding hose (W.P60-100bar) for customer choice.

Single braiding PVC high pressure spray hose



Double braiding PVC high pressure spray hose


5layers spray hose is composed of double polyester and three PVC layers, light weight, corrosion resistance,
anti-bending, much higher pressure than 3 layers spray hose.Widely used for spraying chemical of farmland,orchards and vinyl plastic warmhouse, this hose is flexible.



Full braiding PVC high pressure spray hose 

This tubing is full braiding by strong polyester with working pressure 50-100bar and max burst pressure 300bar.


Applications


The hose is widely used in high pressure washer, air compressors and pneumatic tools. 
In agriculture,it is mainly is used for spraying of pesticide,fungicide,fertilizer solution. 



Production And Packing


This pressure spray hose are wrapped by plastic film or woven cloth and be fixed with ropes or packing straps.
Colorful paper card, carton, paper rolls, etc.
